  • The Tankeed

    Hi @ll

    The Tankeed (Resist/Bleed)

The idea behind this build is to get hit alot and withstand the hard hitting while getting mad and hitting your opponent with Bleed moves to try and take them out by bleeding them.

Alot would say "Why bother with such a build, Tank is get hit so your adrninalin gets high and then power your pin finisher"

Well thats what 80% of the Resists do and the rest are into submisson.

So thoughts of how to build this:

    1. Bleed Moveset
    2. TMs
    3. Finisher
    4. ATs

I will start off with my finisher at the moment (I am lvl 7)

    Damage: 199,89-199,89 - Attack Bonus: 5
    Bleeding Bonus: 1
    Required Adrenaline: 725
    Required Wrestler Status: Always
    Required Position: Groggy

I picked Groggy since that imo is the Resistance best position (please let me know if I am wrong) I only raise Damage when it levels.

Now to the TMs I was not sure which position other than Groggy so I created 3 and am watching them which one makes it to 15 first then delete the other two.

    Move's name:
    Elbow Drop
    Level:11
    Damage: 7,95 - 31,8
    Attack Bonus: 21,2
    Required Position: Grounded

    Move's name:
    Coconut Crush
    Level: 7
    Damage: 6,15 - 36,9
    Attack Bonus: 20,5
    Required Position: Bent down

    Move's name:
    Double Axe Handle
    Level:6
    Damage:5,7 - 34,2
    Attack Bonus:19
    Required Position:Stunned

As you can see Grounded will win eventually so that will be the position for the TM.

Now the ATs are really easy for this Build:

Increased Attack (To make sure your hits land on their mark)

Power Blow (To make your bleed moves hit harder and trigger the bleed effect)

    Low Blow (Bleed Bonus)

Damage Resistance (The one you will always want to max, makes your opponents hit "weak")

Increased Resistance (This one you want so you can hold out longer and your color dont change when sub moves try to wear and tear you down, also so your moves dont make you drop in color)

    To think about:
Power Body (more life = live longer)

    The Moveset:

    OPENING MOVE:

    1st Abilty: Might
    2nd Ability: Unstoppable Blow

Nice thoughts on this build. I have a build like this on S2, and it works really well. I opted for 2 fins though. A pin fin, and a sub fin. My moves are all bleeders, or as many as possible.
For TM's I'd stick to 2 instead of 3. This will allow them to level faster for the most part. The same cab be said for fins too. Usually, less is more. Having Double Axe Handle is good at first, but you'll want a TM in Bent or Grounded to work with your Groggy Fin.
Your AT selection is good, but lacking a little. No Block/Dodge? I understand getting hit a lot, but if you do that you'll want to make Power Body a main AT to work on.
Structure your AT's into tiers. First tier AT's could be Power Body/Damage Resistance. Second tier Power Blow/Increased Attack. Etc etc.
Using Inner Rage to create a powerful fin helps too. I built up a 2k AC fin and the higher value fin helped out. You'll be able to build a larger fin as you can sustain lots of damage and then wallop them with your super powered fin.
Last but not least... Stamina. It's overrated. You don't need that much. I found that running 1-1.25 Stam to 2 DR/DD works well.

I was building a resist/bled too but then I think I changed to fattech instead. Eitherways i believe good defense is good offence haha. my wrestler on s3 purely defensive. I am going all the way with Increased resistance, damage resistance, and power body. Im not too active , only have got 13kmatches fought, very bad matches to age ratio. But regardless, if your wrestler does have too much more matches fought ,feel free to give my guy a beating. If I could I'd like to see what's the end results if one has like 100k matches fought with decent entrances and all exp spent on only those 3ats. This built shouldnt be meant for winning. Have a theory that if your ats are only of those 3 and yo ufight somebody on par, the match should be able to prolong and get you the draw.
      Hence my wrestler's name,
      The Punching Bag on s3.
